About Me

My name is Holly. I lead a very blessed life here in Pennsylvania. I met my husband, Jason, here. We were friends prior and in July of 2006 we started dating. We began living together as I worked my way through college. When I graduated we moved from a rural part of PA to the suburbs of Philadelphia. I loved living there and we stayed for about four years. In January of 2012 we found out we had a little bun on the way. I was over the moon- except we just got engaged two weeks prior. We ditched our my plans of grandure for a small ceremony once Mr.Man came along. Its funny how a baby will change your priorities.

From the moment I laid eyes on Mr.Man I loved him so deeply. I had loved him all along but seeing him was different. I wanted to give that child everything. I had been working a stressful job meantime and going back after the baby everything seemed to be worse. I finally reached my breaking point and quit. We moved back closer to family. Truthfully Jason had wanted that for some time anyway. Meantime I was in the middle of trying to get a small business idea off the ground.

This is pretty well where we are today! My main focus has now devolped into turning Penelope Lane Clothing, the idea I had for a small business, into my primary job.

I spend my days with Mr.Man thrifting some great antiques stores and flea markets in our area. My husband and I are also trying in varing shades of success to homestead. Our family cherishes our pets Lola, Penelope and Tuckerton so I will often share with you about them.

We consider everyday an adventure. We enjoy ourselves and the things we have in front of us. Please share in joy and in the adventure!
